2. Eligibility

3. Orders & Acceptance

All orders placed through the Site are offers to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, suspected fraud, or issues with payment authorization. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order; acceptance occurs when we ship the product or otherwise notify you that the order is accepted.

4. Product Descriptions & Pricing

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site are error-free. Prices shown on the Site are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders if an incorrect price is displayed.

5. Payment

We accept PayPal only as the payment method. By choosing PayPal you agree to PayPal’s terms and privacy policy. We do not store raw card or payment data on our servers. Orders will not be processed until payment authorization is successful.

No sales tax is collected at checkout from purchases on this Site. If tax obligations change or if tax collection is required by applicable law for your order, we will update our checkout and notify customers accordingly.

6. Shipping & Delivery

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Returns are accepted within 30 days after delivery for items that are unused and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and typically appear within 2 business days of our refund issuance. We do not charge restocking fees. 8. Warranties & Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, products sold on the Site are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except any manufacturer warranty explicitly described on the product page or packaging.
