Shipping Coverage

We currently ship domestically within the United States only. Orders placed on our website (alhamadj.com) cannot be shipped to international destinations, U.S. territories, or P.O. boxes.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after our daily cut-off time of 5:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the following business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with your order details after checkout and another notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is typically 3–4 business days, depending on your location and carrier service availability.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Remote or rural addresses may experience slightly longer delivery windows.

Shipping Methods and Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase is required.
  • Standard Shipping: Orders ship via a reliable ground carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, or FedEx) with tracking included.
  • Express Shipping: Currently not available. We may add this option in the future.

Customers are not responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise specified during checkout or in special return cases described in our Refund Policy.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and carrier details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation.

Shipping Delays & Handling Policy

We strive to deliver all orders on time, but external factors such as weather events, carrier delays, or high seasonal demand may occasionally affect delivery schedules.

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, our customer service team will proactively communicate the status and provide an updated delivery estimate. In cases where delays exceed 7 business days beyond the estimated delivery date, we may offer a discount coupon or other form of goodwill compensation.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before finalizing your order. ALHAMAD 9JX INNOVATIONS LLC is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date. We will coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund as appropriate.
